Thank you for shopping with FlameDusk. We take pride in delivering high-quality scented candles that bring warmth and comfort to your space. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (scented candles), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
✅ Your order arrives damaged
✅ You receive the wrong item
✅ Your order is missing items
✅ Your order did not arrive
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your candle arrives damaged, broken, melted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A short description of the issue
Once approved, we will offer one of the following:
✅ Replacement (Free of cost)
✅ Refund (if replacement is not possible)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or burned candles

Opened or tampered products

Items damaged due to improper use

Orders placed with incorrect shipping details by the customer
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refund processing time:

3–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@flamedusk.com and we will help resolve it as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
