Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery usually takes:

FlameDusk is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If your order is returned due to address issues, you may need to place a new order.


6. Damaged Packages

We carefully pack all products, but if your package arrives damaged:
